Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FOAB E-Traceability Pilot platform (the "Service"), including the web workspace and mobile applications (org.foabbd.pilot), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Pilot Environment Disclaimer

This Service operates strictly as an authorized pilot deployment (pilot.foabbd.org) designed to test and validate aquaculture traceability protocols for the Fish Farm Owners Association of Bangladesh. While real production data is entered by authorized members, service availability, feature interfaces, and data schemas may undergo scheduled updates.

3. Participant Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

• Accuracy of Records: Farmers, Aratdars, Depots, and Factory Receivers warrant that all entered weights, species classifications, feed batches, and mortality numbers accurately reflect physical aquaculture activities.
• Tamper-Proof Traceability: Any attempt to inject false GAqP certifications, manipulate cryptographic QR codes, or alter immutable lot histories will result in immediate revocation of pilot credentials.
• Account Security: Authorized participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and connected mobile devices.

4. Intellectual Property

The FOAB E-Traceability system, software architecture, UI assets, and proprietary traceability protocol are the exclusive intellectual property of the Fish Farm Owners Association of Bangladesh.

5. Termination

FOAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent supply chain logging.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
