Account Deletion Request

FOAB E-Traceability Pilot • Compliant with Google Play & Apple App Store Guidelines

Under FOAB privacy standards and applicable international mobile store policies, registered users of the FOAB E-Traceability pilot platform (org.foabbd.pilot) have the right to request the deletion of their user account, authentication profile, and associated personal identity records.

Notice on Regulatory Aquaculture Ledgers:When an account is deleted, personal credentials, email addresses, phone numbers, and identity bindings are permanently erased from our authentication servers. However, historical lot weights, disease test reports, and dispatch notes submitted as part of national food safety and export certification audits are permanently anonymized to preserve supply chain integrity.
